While the journey hasn’t always delivered the growth I initially expected, it has shaped my resilience, sharpened my strategy, and continues to drive my commitment to long-term success.
Before this company I was jumping career to career trying to find a future in them. I then landed with Pinnacle Innovations and finally I have been able to grow and flourish with a company. They align with my passion for building high-performing teams and creating a culture where people can grow and thrive. As an HR Director, I’m motivated by the opportunity to shape talent strategy, develop future leaders, and contribute to a company that values growth, performance, and people. Before Pinnacle innovations, I was working in the party industry. Renting out bounce houses to mechanical bulls, long hours and hard work with no opportunity for growth. Working with Pinnacle innovations has helped me grow as an individual and has empowered me to reach greater heights in my career with a helpful and hard-working team by my side and a supportive mentor to guide me through. Pinnacle Innovations is the career choice for me because with them, the opportunity is limitless, vast and tangible the tools for success and growth are there and they strive to show you how to use them and pass it on to the next person.
 Before this career I honestly was lost and working as a server, not having any growth. I had done a lot of self-growth and healing in the last couple years and finally had a massive catapult within myself. Immediately after I locked in and knew I wanted more for myself. Finally was at the point where I knew I had the ability to do more, to be better. That led to me going on a lengthy dedicated job hunt. Then this job crossed my path and I’m beyond grateful it did. For the opportunity here, for those who truly want it, is more than I could've ever imagined. This job, paired with where I got myself in life couldn’t be more synergistic. The opportunity I get to actually apply all the things I’ve learned and have yet to learn from my mentors here is so fulfilling and empowering. To actually put in effect and see the outcomes of all the hard work I put in unfold directly in front of me. Where else could I have found opportunity like this. I know Pinnacle Innovations is the career for me because first off, who I was would’ve never been successful in this career. Which translates to me the type of people involved in this company, the people I get to work and grow with every day. To have gotten here and grown with this company and to further grow excites me beyond words. Before this role, I worked in restaurants and other customer service positions, with Olive Garden being my last restaurant job before joining this company. This company helped me recognize strengths in myself that I had not fully developed before. It challenged me to grow in confidence, communication, and leadership, and it showed me how much I am capable of when I am pushed to improve. I have become more proactive, more disciplined, and more intentional about the future I want to build. Pinnacle Innovations has given me an opportunity not just to work, but to grow both personally and professionally. It is a place where I can continue developing my skills, create a meaningful future for myself, and eventually help others discover that same kind of growth and opportunity.
